NEW YORK 2140 by Kim Stanley Robinson ⭐⭐⭐⭐

A lot of the investment-talk went way over my head, but I really enjoyed the setting. The best part is all the great commentary on living in New York City, all the better having just moved here two months ago. I don't think I could've picked a better book to read than this one right now.
