Gotta love my fantasy novels. This was such a good, natural read that it didn’t even register as a task or hobby; it just happened. I don’t know how else to describe that. It requires zero effort or finding “the right moment” or headspace to read it. I constantly read this on the train and was immersed the second I opened the book with no distraction issues. I can tell this series will be one I come back to a lot, it’s just so breezy to read.

Favorite character: kvothe, obviously. But Elodin has a lot of my interest...
